Dim Sum galore

Nothing beats dim sum "Made in Hong Kong"

Ofcourse it's not the sole reason we are spending so much time here in Hong Kong on a regular frequency.........but staying in Hong Kong without savouring the delicious Dim Sum is a sin if you ask me.

So first order of the day....heading straight to a popular Dim Sum resto in our neighbourhood, expecting the usual long line of patrons. But wow, what line? Has the recession hit the local Hongkie's pocket too in a way that they opt for other (read cheaper) fare?

There was barely a queue and for the first time we noticed plenty of vacant tables as opposed to the 'full' house on our many previous visits.

Not that we felt bothered by it,...we had our own table, not co-sharing as on previous occasions.....and in the end, the mouth-watering dim sum is making our trip more than worthwhile.

"Waiter,....what's next on the menu ?!?"
